An exquisite honey gin, this is the result of a special collaboration between the Roland Weissmann beekeeping company and master distiller Tim Andrä. This gin is made with Roland Weissmann's own honey, which gives it a unique and natural sweetness. We deliberately brought the gin to the forefront and gently enhanced the honey notes solely through distillation!
