Our limited and unique BarrelAgedGIN is carefully stored and matured in mulberry barrels for over 9 months. During these 9 months, our classic Swabian Dry GIN undergoes an enormous journey of flavor and takes on the spicy, smoky notes of the wooden barrel!
This process makes the gin even milder and develops a unique amber color that we are very excited about!
